Ingredients
- Bun - 4 pieces
- Sausages (smoked) – 4 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sauerkraut - 100 g
- Mustard (acute) – 4 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 4 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and cut the onion into small cubes.
Chop the sauerkraut and mix with the rest of the vegetables.
Cut the buns, smear with hot mustard and put the sausages.
Put the vegetable mixture on top and pour Dijon mustard over it.
