- Duck liver - 1 kg
- Shallots - 2 pieces
- Wine (white) – 200 ml
- Cream - 200 ml
- Butter - 150 g

- Ground coriander - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the shallots.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the duck liver and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in the wine, sprinkle with salt and spices. Soak everything together for 3 minutes.
Add cream and simmer for a couple more minutes.
Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
