When it comes to gourmet dishes, many immediately remember the cod liver pate with egg. It turns out that it is very easy to cook it at home. To do this, you need an immersion blender and 10 minutes of free time.
Ingredients
- Cod liver (canned) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Carrots - 100 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 6 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Open a jar of cod liver, drain the oil.
Chop the carrots and peeled onions.
Put the vegetables in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until soft.
Peel the eggs from the shell and rinse.
Put the cod liver, fried and boiled eggs in a bowl. Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
Sprinkle with pepper, salt and mix well.
