Traditional poke came to us from Hawaii, and very quickly everyone liked it, because it is at least very convenient. And at the same time healthy, tasty and varied. For example, I tell you how to cook poke with shrimp and vegetables.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleared) – 360 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
- Carrots - 0.5 pieces
- Beetroot - 0.5 pieces
- Radish - 4-5 pieces
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Green onion - 3-4 pen
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 0.5 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.3 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Chili sauce (or other sharp) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the peeled shrimp in a mixture of two oils for a couple of minutes.
Add spices to taste and soy sauce, and fry for another minute.
Thinly slice and grate all the vegetables and nori.
Randomly put them in bowls along with the shrimp.
For dressing, mix mayonnaise with hot sauce.
