- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Red Caviar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut red fish and peeled potatoes into small cubes.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix mayonnaise and yogurt separately.
Using a cooking ring, lay out the salad in layers in the following sequence: potatoes, fish, avocado. To taste, add salt, pepper, a mixture of yogurt and mayonnaise.
Mix the caviar with the remnants of the dressing and put the top layer.
You can decorate with herbs, boiled eggs or caviar. Before serving, the salad should stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
