Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the greens, peeled potatoes and carrots.
Mix potatoes, carrots, herbs, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Using a serving ring, place the mixture on a plate.
Put a layer of red fish on top. The salad can be decorated with herbs, onion rings or lemon slices.
