If you like sauerkraut, Korean carrots and kimchi, then you will definitely like this salad. It seems that cabbage salads are already impossible to surprise, but my recipe will cope with the task. Be sure to try to cook it!
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 200 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Olive oil - 1,5 tbsp.l .
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a Korean grater and cut the pepper into thin strips.
Mix olive oil with sesame oil, heat it up slightly and add vinegar and all spices to them.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables, mix thoroughly and mash.
Leave the salad to brew under the lid for at least an hour.
