Tired of classic salads? Try to cook olivier with boiled sausage and fried mushrooms. With such an interesting addition, the salad will sparkle with new colors. I advise you to add mayonnaise a little less than usual, otherwise it turns out to be too fat.
Ingredients
- Boiled sausage (doctoral) – 250 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 200 g
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Butter (for frying) – 50 g
- Mayonnaise - 180 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (different) – 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut mushrooms and onions into small pieces.
Melt butter in a frying pan, add onion, mushrooms and fry until tender.
Cut sausage, peeled eggs, pickles, potatoes and carrots into cubes.
Mix green peas, sausage, potatoes, carrots, eggs, cucumbers and fried mushrooms in a deep bowl.
Add ground pepper, salt, mayonnaise and gently mix the salad with a spoon.
Place the olivier on a serving plate and garnish with herbs.
