Peel boiled beets, potatoes and carrots.

Cut boiled vegetables and pickles into small cubes. Cut olives into circles, onions into half rings.

In a deep bowl, mix potatoes, beets, carrots, cucumbers, olives and onions.

Add salt, vegetable oil and gently mix the salad with a spoon.
