A great variation of the oriental tabouleh salad, but with couscous instead of bulgur. And I also suggest adding cranberries or other sour berries in addition to greens. The result is a very unusual culinary fusion.
Ingredients
- Couscous - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Cranberries - 2 handfuls
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Steam the couscous with boiling water in a ratio of 1:2 for 5-7 minutes.
Finely chop tomatoes, herbs and garlic.
Mix the salad and add the cranberries.
Season the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
