- Eggplant - 4 pieces
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 art.l.

- Olive oil - 30 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prick the eggplants with a fork, bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees and remove the skin.
Finely chop the eggplant or pass it through a meat grinder.
Chop the onion and mushrooms as small as possible and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Mix with eggplant and add Dijon mustard, balsamic, oil and spices to taste.
