- Herring (fillet) – 800 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 3-4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and pass through a meat grinder or grate.
Pass herring and onion through the same meat grinder.
Add crushed garlic with spices and mix forshmak.
