On weekends I often try new recipes to always keep in mind a few options for the holiday. Recently I was cooking minced meat loaf with egg in the oven. This snack will definitely be often on our table.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 1 kg
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 100 ml
- White bread - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crumble white bread into warm milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
Peel boiled eggs from the shell.
Mix minced meat, salt, ground pepper and bread with milk.
Mix, beat well and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Spread out the foil, lay out a rectangle of minced meat with a layer of about 1 cm.
Sprinkle the strip with flour in the center, put boiled eggs on it.
Helping yourself with foil, form a roll.
Wrap the resulting blank in two layers of foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Carefully unwrap the foil and put the meatloaf with egg in the oven for another 15 minutes.
