Ingredients
- Pete - 4 pieces
- Shrimp (cleared) – 20 pieces
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes (average) – 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 120 ml
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Water (boiling water) – 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, cool and sprinkle with half of lemon juice.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
Chop tomatoes, coriander, peeled onion and bell pepper.
Pass garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise.
Spread the pita on the table and smear with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Put avocado, tomatoes, bell pepper, shrimp and onion in the middle.
Add a little cilantro and gently roll the pita into a cone. Repeat the steps with the rest of the pitas and the filling.
