In my opinion, everyone knows about the benefits of Japanese cuisine. Onigiri with shrimp are low in calories and are suitable for those who adhere to proper nutrition. To make the dish even more useful, eliminate the use of sugar, and replace rice vinegar with lemon juice.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 2 glasses
- Water - 500 ml
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Nori - 1 sheet
- Rice vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sesame - for decoration
- Soy sauce - for submission
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice well, boil until tender, cool a little, season with salt, sugar and rice vinegar.
Peel and boil the shrimp in salted water, then finely chop.
Finely chop the nori leaf with scissors to make shavings.
Shape the onigiri with your hands or with a special triangular mold. To do this, put part of the shrimp on a layer of rice, cover with a second layer of rice, tamp a little and give the cake a triangle shape. In half of the onigiri, put the shavings of nori on the shrimp.
Put ready-made onigiri with shrimp on a dish, garnish with sesame seeds, serve with soy sauce.
