Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 8 pieces
- Chicken liver - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut in half.
Chop the onion, fry for a couple of minutes and add the chopped liver.
Fry until the liver is ready, season and beat with a blender.
Add the yolks and soft butter, and whisk again.
Put the filling in the egg halves.
