The Asian dish consists of rice paper rolls in which different fillings are placed. Spring rolls with chicken are very tasty. It is recommended to serve them with spicy and sweet and sour sauces.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Lettuce - 2 sheet
- Carrots (young) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Rice paper - 4 sheet
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces.
Fry in butter until tender.
Put the fillets on a board, cut into small cubes, pepper and salt.
Cut carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and peeled onions into strips.
Place rice paper in cold water for 15 seconds.
Put the paper on the board, add a lettuce leaf on top.
Lay out the fried chicken, herbs and vegetables.
Tuck the sides in and roll the spring roll. Repeat the steps with the remaining blanks.
