Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small diameter circles and the same number of rings with a hole.
Lubricate the circles with beaten egg, lay out the rings and lubricate again.
Put the workpiece in the oven until golden for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Chop the onion with mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Add cream and spices, and simmer still a little.
