Another way to add a healthy vegetable to your diet. Pumpkin chips are prepared at home without harmful additives and flavor enhancers. A little oil, salt, aromatic spices and an appetizer will turn out incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin (pulp) – 250 g
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Nutmeg - on the tip of the knife
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Using a vegetable peeler, cut the pumpkin into thin slices.

Transfer to a bowl, add oil, salt, spices and mix well.

Put it on a greased baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 60 degrees for 2.5 hours.
