Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak pork ears and legs for 1 hour in water with vinegar, scrape with a knife and rinse thoroughly.

Put the prepared foods in a deep saucepan, boil for 10 minutes and change the water.

Add the peeled onions, bay leaf, red pepper and cook for 3 hours over very low heat.

Catch the onion and throw it away. Add chopped bell peppers, carrots and celery. Add salt and cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove the meat from the broth, separate from the bones, finely chop and arrange on plates.

Pour the hot broth together with the vegetables into the containers with meat.

Let it cool down, and then put the jelly in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
