Ingredients
- Beef tongue (boiled) – 250 g
- Champignons - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Milk - 200 ml
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the tongue in advance, peel, slice and put in molds.
Chop the onion with mushrooms and fry for 7-10 minutes.
Add flour, stir and pour in milk.
Simmer for a couple more minutes, stirring. Season as desired.
Fill the tongue with mushroom sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put julienne in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
