- Chicken wings - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Ginger - 2 cm
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the wings and roll them in curry and turmeric.
Fry the wings in a frying pan on all sides until golden.
Pour in the soy sauce. Finely chop the chili, ginger and garlic, and add to the same.
Continue to fry everything together over medium heat for about 3-5 more minutes.
