Such a dish can be included in any lenten menu. Avocado rolls are prepared without any additives of animal origin. Only nori, rice and buttery fruit. I remind you that when working with rolls, hands should often be moistened with acidified water.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Round rice (boiled) – 200 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice thoroughly and place it in a saucepan with cold water.
Boil for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling, flip into a colander and rinse.
Add sugar and vinegar to the hot rice and mix well.
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone.
Slice the fruit pulp and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, lay out a sheet of nori with the shiny side down.
Add a layer of rice and flatten, lightly tamping.
Place a thick strip of sliced avocado on one side.
Roll up a tight roll, cut into small pieces and serve.
