I advise you to always keep a couple of cans of canned fish in the refrigerator. They can be eaten just like that, used to make salads and soups. It is even easier to make pate from canned fish. The whole process will take about 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Open a can of canned fish. Drain the oil into a separate container and put it aside.
Peel the eggs from the shell and rinse.
Finely chop the green onion.
Place canned fish, green onions and eggs in the blender bowl.
Pour in the lemon juice and grind until smooth.
Add salt, ground pepper and mix well again. If the pate is too thick, add the remaining butter.
