Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 300 g
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 2 leaf
- Parsley - 6 twigs
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Greek yogurt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Tortilla - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Place in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until tender.
Season with salt and pepper and put on a plate.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small circles.
Fry in oil until golden brown, add salt and pepper.
Slice cucumbers and peeled onions.
Mix mayonnaise and yogurt.
Grease the tortilla with the resulting billet, put lettuce, parsley, onions and cucumbers.
Add potatoes and beef, roll up the shawarma.
Grill until golden brown on both sides.
