Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 150 g
- Champignons - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Butter - 40 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Tartlets - 16 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled fillet, mushrooms and peeled onions.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add the mushrooms, salt, ground pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in the warm cream and simmer all together for another 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, pour in the chicken fillet and mix well.
Put the filling in tartlets and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
