Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry until tender and season as desired.
Finely chop the smoked chicken.
Smear the pita bread with cream cheese, lay out the filling and roll up a tight roll.
Wrap it in clingfilm, put it in the refrigerator for an hour and then cut it.
