In the summer I try to cook this snack often. Eggplant rolls with cheese and garlic never last long. Interestingly, such a dish with zucchini is not so popular. However, we will talk about it another time.
Ingredients
- Eggplant (medium) – 3 pieces
- Garlic - 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l .
- Processed cheese - 250 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 150 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplants lengthwise into plates about 3-5 mm thick.
Put in a bowl and pour salted water for 15 minutes.
Put the eggplants on a board and blot with a paper towel.
Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Grate the processed cheese on a grater.
Add mayonnaise, garlic passed through the press, ground pepper, salt and mix.
Put some filling on the edge of the eggplant slice, roll up the roll. Repeat the steps with the remaining blanks.
