- Shrimp - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the shrimp, leaving only the tails. From the large ones, remove the intestines along with the head.
Finely chop the garlic and fry in olive oil for 20 seconds.
Add the shrimp and continue to fry, stirring.
After 3 minutes, add all the spices, sprinkle with lemon juice and pour in soy sauce.
Stir the shrimp and fry for a couple more minutes.
