I should warn you that pork skin chips are prepared in two stages. First, the workpiece should be dried in the oven, and then transferred to a frying pan and fried in oil. Spices can be used in different ways, I had ground coriander and hops-suneli.
Ingredients
- Pork (skins) – 400 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pork skins and put them in a bowl.
Add salt, spices and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for half an hour.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, spread out the skins and bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees.
Transfer the hot skins in parts to a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 30-40 seconds. They should greatly increase in size.
Place pork skin chips on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
