In Japanese cooking, there are several types of sushi that are prepared without fish, meat and cheese. Today I propose to focus on a simple recipe for vegan rolls. To work, you will need boiled rice, nori, ripe avocado, tomato and lettuce leaf.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 1 sheet
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Nori - 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, peel and stone.
Cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel and slice the tomato.
Spread the bamboo mat on the table, place the nori leaf with the shiny side down.
Lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Cover the top with a lettuce leaf.
Place the tomato and avocado slices on the wide edge of the strip.
Helping yourself with a mat, roll up a tight roll.
Cut the roll into small pieces and put it on a plate. Serve with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce.
