Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
Fry the chopped chicken separately in the same pan for a couple of minutes.
After that, fry the flour separately in butter, add sour cream and mix the sauce thoroughly.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Put the potatoes in the molds, chicken on top, then mushrooms and sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and send Julienne for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
