- Avocado - 1 piece

- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sprouted grains - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and separate the protein or cook it in any convenient way.
Peel the avocado and cut half into slices. Mash the other half with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix with salt and pepper.
Grease two slices of bread with avocado mass and put avocado slices on top.
Put the chopped protein, radish slices, sprouts, and cover with bread on top.
