Don't you get beautiful rolls? Don't worry, it's a matter of practice. In the meantime, I recommend simplifying your task and cooking a sushi cake with fish. The whole process will take about a quarter of an hour. The most difficult thing will be to arrange avocados and seafood beautifully.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 300 g
- Red Fish (low salt) – 200 g
- Red Caviar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Shrimp (cleared) – 100 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Nori - 1 sheet
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water for 2 minutes, and then transfer to a bowl of cold water.
Cut the boiled squid into rings.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone.
Slice and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
Cut the nori leaf into small strips.
Put the serving dish on a plate, put half of the rice, add the nori and lightly tamp it.
Lay out the rest of the rice, add squid rings, avocado, red fish, red caviar and shrimp on top.
Put the finished sushi cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
