Chop the onion and garlic, and fry in butter for a couple of minutes.

Add the shrimp and fry for another minute.

Stir the flour into the milk and pour in the same.

Add half of the grated suluguni and spices to taste. Simmer until the cheese dissolves.

Put in tartlets, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and garnish with shrimp if desired.
