Lovers of exotic dishes, get ready! Now we are going to cook chicken legs in Korean. I suggest using the basic recipe. A more spicy version of the snack will turn out if you add red pepper, ginger or horseradish root.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken legs, cut off the claws and put them in a saucepan.
Pour 2 liters of water, boil for 10 minutes, flip into a colander and rinse.
Put the paws in an empty saucepan, pour 2 liters of fresh water and cook for another 10 minutes.
Take out the paws with a slotted spoon and put them aside for a while.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add sugar and spices.
Add garlic, soy sauce and salt passed through the press.
Put the paws in a frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and the remaining broth. It should cover the paws slightly.
Simmer on low heat for 40 minutes, and then put the chicken legs on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
