Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Add salt, curry, ground black and red pepper, mash well with your hands.
Pour in the brine, lemon juice, oil and mix.
Transfer the carrots to the prepared dishes, cover with a flat plate and put the load. After 2-3 days, the carrots will be ready.
