Ingredients
- Mussels (frozen) – 500 g
- Shallots - 100 g
- Wine (white) – 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 50 g
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the mussels at room temperature, put them in a colander and rinse.
Peel the shallots and chop them finely.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the shallots and fry until golden brown.
Add the mussels and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the wine, lemon juice and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon zest, salt and ground pepper. Stir and turn off the heat after 1 minute.
Puree the fried mussels with an immersion blender until smooth.
