Vegetarians and just lovers of juicy vegetables will like lean spring rolls. You can take an Asian snack with you on a picnic or on the road. For convenience, I recommend wrapping each roll individually in foil.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 250 g
- Bell pepper - 250 g
- Red cabbage - 250 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spinach - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rice paper - 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the red cabbage and mix it with butter.
Chop the carrots and peeled bell pepper.
Place rice paper in cold water for 15 seconds.
Place rice paper on a board, put spinach leaves and red cabbage on top.
Add carrots, bell pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Tuck the sides inside and roll up a tight roll. Repeat the procedure with the remaining blanks.
