I must warn you that this dish is made from raw meat. Some experts recommend freezing it in advance, while others advise using only fresh product. Whatever it was, the recipe for beef tartare remains unchanged.
Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 350 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Capers - 1 tbsp.l .
- Egg yolks - 4 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the beef from the films and veins, finely chop.
Put the chopped meat on a board and beat it well with the back of a knife.
Chop capers and peeled onions.
Mix the meat billet, chopped vegetables and 2 yolks.
Add salt, ground pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Using a serving ring, place the tartare on a plate.
Make a small recess on top with a spoon and lay out the yolk. Serve with sauces, pickles and pickled onions.
