Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Round rice - 200 g
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Nori - 2 sheet
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice and pour it into a saucepan with cold water.
Boil for 10 minutes, flip into a colander and rinse.
Mix hot rice with sugar and vinegar. Cover with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
Cut cucumbers into long cubes.
Spread out the sushi mat, place a sheet of nori on top.
Lay out a thick layer of prepared rice.
Put cucumbers on the edge of one of the wide sides with a strip.
Roll up a tight roll, lightly tamping over the entire surface.
Cut into small pieces and serve.
