  • Liver - 500 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the liver until tender for about 30 minutes.

Chop the onion and carrot, and fry until soft.

Chop everything with a blender and season.

Add soft butter for consistency.
