If you don't have cocotnits or just want to experiment, prepare a classic julienne with mushrooms in tartlets. A snack in this format is most often served on a festive table, but no one forbids cooking it just like that.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions.

Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until transparent.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.

Pour in the cream, sprinkle with salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Separately in a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.

Add butter, milk and simmer all together for 3 minutes.

Pour the sauce into a frying pan with mushrooms and mix.

Put the filling in the prepared tartlets.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in the oven for 10 minutes, heated to 180 degrees.
