For all its impressiveness, the sandwich turns out to be easy and even useful. The main thing is to choose a good yeast–free and whole-grain bread. If desired, you can lubricate it with butter, but in general, there are quite enough greens and vegetables.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
- Sprouts - 2 handfuls
- Lettuce (or other salad leaves) – 4 leaf
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Pesto sauce - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the bread in a frying pan and grease it with pesto.
Thinly slice the onion, avocado and cucumber.
Put salad leaves, all vegetables and then some sprouts on the bread. You can cover another slice of bread on top for convenience.
