Forshmak with avocado is perhaps one of the most unexpected and non–standard solutions that you can think of. At the same time, it acquires a delicate creamy texture, a pleasant greenish tint and becomes even more useful.
Ingredients
- Herring (fillet) – 600 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel the avocado and coarsely chop all the ingredients.
Grind everything in a blender until smooth along with herbs and garlic.
Add all the spices and oil to the forshmak, and mix.
