This snack option appeared relatively recently. Inspired by Asian cuisine, the chefs decided to cook pizza rolls using a typical sushi format. As for the filling and dough, everything is unchanged here.
Ingredients
- Ham (slices) – 50 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 120 ml
- Cheese - 50 g
- Yeast dough - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate cheese on a coarse grater or cut into thin slices.
Spread the dough on the table and roll it out so that a rectangular cake is obtained.
Brush the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with Provencal herbs.
Lay out the ham and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll up the roll, cut into portions and transfer to a covered baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
