Ingredients
- Cod liver - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- White bread - 2 slices
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the hard-boiled eggs, soak the bread in water and peel the onion and garlic.
Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder twice and mix the forshmak.
Add spices and olive oil for a comfortable consistency.
