Ingredients
- Cod liver - 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dill - a couple of twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the dill, peeled eggs and onion.
Put the cod liver in a bowl with the liquid and mash with a fork until smooth.
Add eggs, onion, dill, butter and mix.
Add salt, pepper and mix again.
