- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Bacon - 50 g
- Arugula - handful
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Bread - 4 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel boiled eggs from the shell, rinse and cut in half.
Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry in a frying pan.
Cut the avocado in half, peel and stone. Cut into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Brush four slices of bread with mayonnaise on one side.
Put layers of avocado, arugula and bacon on a piece of bread.
Add two egg halves, cover with a second piece of bread and fix with a long skewer.
