- Round rice (boiled) – 200 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 120 g
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Algae (chuka) – 100 g
- Nori - 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix boiled rice with vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes.
Form dense oblong cutlets from rice.
Cut lightly salted salmon according to the size of the rice billet.
Put the fish on the rice and press lightly.
Spread the nori sheet with the shiny side down.
On the wide side, lay out the algae in a strip.
Roll up the roll, fix the edges and cut.
Put both types of sushi on a plate and serve.
